Rachel is a qualified and experienced early years specialist teacher with training from the Institute of Education, London and 18 years teaching experience in private school settings. She has senior leadership experience as well as leadership in pastoral and wellbeing areas of primary curriculum and extensive CPD.
After years of disillusionment in mental health awareness and support within schools, and since becoming a mother, Rachel is building Huggle Hub from a personal childminding career solution into a provider of specialist educational and wellness services to better support both children and parents, especially in the most vital early years.


Rachel provides specialised therapeutic practises based on Jungian and attachment theories, helping children and adults process emotional difficulties. Book a 12-session draw and talk programme or attend wellbeing days designed to promote emotional resilience and self-awareness. Her services are rooted in fostering mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Rachel's consultancy services are tailored for early years settings, nurseries, and childminders. She offers expert guidance on compliance, quality standards, and her own educational wellness philosophy to enhance your practise. At Huggle Hub, Rachel specialises in providing high-quality, childcare services for children aged 0-3.
She especially aims to support parents in promoting their child's emotional growth during these formative years. Her dedicated home nursery focuses on fostering early development through personalised care in a safe and nurturing environment.

Huggle Hub is rated outstanding as a childcare provider. Rachel offers consultancy packages for child minders, nurseries and EYFS providers, based on compliance, high quality provision and our educational
wellness philosophy.
Rachel offers freelance consultancy to new childminders to the Tiney agency family, promoting and supporting childminders, as well as working with all EYFS settings to provide improvements, support or compliance checks in varied and bespoke packages.

Rachel offers this unique therapeutic support based on Jungian and attachment theory, for half hour sessions in blocks of 12. It can be provided in a range of locations such as schools, Huggle Hub or the child's home.
